This is a personal portfolio site. It has no accounts, no adverts, no sign-up forms, and no tracking cookies. The short version: I collect as little as possible, and I don’t sell or share any of it.

Who is responsible

This site is run by Sean Oldaker, in the United Kingdom, as an individual. For anything in this policy, reach me on LinkedIn (opens in a new tab).

What is collected

• Aggregated visit measurement. The site uses Vercel’s privacy-friendly analytics to count page views and measure loading performance. It reports totals — pages, referrers, country, device type — without cookies and without building a profile of you.
• Standard server logs. Like any website, requests are logged by the host (Vercel) for security and reliability. These logs can include your IP address and browser user agent, and are kept only for a short period.
• Nothing you type. There are no forms, no newsletter, and no comments, so there is nothing here for you to submit.

Cookies and browser storage

No tracking or advertising cookies are set. The site stores one preference — your chosen language for the profile dossier — in your browser’s session storage. It never leaves your device and is cleared when you close the tab.

Who else is involved

The site is hosted and measured by Vercel (opens in a new tab). Fonts are self-hosted, so no font service sees your visit. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared for marketing.

Links to other sites

Some pages link out to LinkedIn and other third-party sites. Once you follow a link, that site’s own privacy policy applies — not this one.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what personal data is held about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. In practice this site holds no records that identify you, so there is usually nothing to retrieve. If you’d like to ask anyway, message me on LinkedIn.
